Fiora

Established in 1966 – Francesco Fiora began his artisan smallgoods company in Fairfield Victoria shortly after being recruited from Italy as specialised smallgoods maker. He built a solid business and later was joined by sons, Peter and John who took it to the next level.

The company specialised in Cacciattore Salami as well as Ham and Bacon for major supermarkets. Known for high quality products, the brand joined South Food Group in 2008 and its reputation for premium Australian Ash Wood smoked products continues today.

The iconic Fiora brand is well known in Melbourne’s food service scene with smoked hocks, bacon, specialty ham and roast turkey now being the flagship products.
